PANI attends 32 minors at Palmares for fake ID or alcohol consumption

Child welfare authorities (PANI) handled 32 cases of minors who were caught by police with false identification or who were detained after consuming alcohol at the annual festival in Palmares. So called “mega bars” at the event more aggressively asked for identification from customers, in order to enforce the drinking age in Costa Rica (18).
