World Breastfeeding Week!

On August 4th, mothers and pregnant women will have free, expert advice on topics such as breastfeeding, care during pregnancy and childbirth, among other things.

The talks will be held at the Promotion and Breastfeeding and Hospital Childbirth Festival. The activity will be held in the parking area of Walmart, located in San Sebastián.

The event is part of celebrations of the World Breastfeeding Week and it is intended to help families and women who have babies or are expecting a child, promote healthy habits and prevent complications during childbirth.

Topics such as physical activity in pregnancy, importance of breastfeeding and nutrition during pregnancy will be discussed.

If you want to participate, the talks are free and they will start at 9:00 am and will continue until 2:00 pm.
