Dogs and costumes lovers will be able to unleash their creativity and help a good cause at the same time.

Canine Store “Monchito” organized “HalloDog”: a costume party for dogs that will be held next Sunday from 10 a.m. until noon in the Via Natura Condominium, located in Granadilla de Curridabat.

The idea is that attendees bring food and medicine for dogs, and cleaning products such as bleach, disinfectant and brooms. Proceeds will be donated to four organizations responsible for helping stray animals: Vida Animal, Animales de Asís, La Pelumanada and Respeto y Respaldo Animal.

Rescue dogs such as Duke and Monchito will be in the event.

The most dandy, the biggest and the smallest will receive an award. We want people to bring dogs in costumes to have a nice family day and at the same time help shelter dogs. These places do not receive government assistance and have to subsist on donations. With this we can save the lives of many dogs,”

said Beatriz Brenes of canine Store” Monchito “.

If you want more information, you can consult the page “Monchito” on Facebook. The activity is free.
