Another prisoner took monitoring bracelet off

On April 14th, Public Security officers found an electronic bracelet when they were dealing with a burglary alert at a commercial location in 10th Avenue, streets 2 and 4.

According to Carlos Hidalgo, a spokesman for the Ministry of Public Security,

when arriving at the site and because of the difficult access, since it was a tall building, we ask firefighters for cooperation… In the roof we found a gap, and there were some shoes with an electronic bracelet from the social adaptation program for prisoners with benefits.”

Hidalgo added that he subject has not been located.
