Are you planning on going to Expocasa?

The renowned “Expocasa y Decoración” fair will celebrate its 16th edition.

The event, which is aimed at buyers and general public interested in acquiring, financing or remodeling their home, lot or commercial premises, will be held from August 23rd to 27th 2017.

The fair will bring together more than 100 exhibitors, including real estate and housing companies, art and decoration companies, financial institutions, as well as complementary telecommunications, cable, insurance and other services.

For this year, the official organization expects about 25,000 visitors and will offer food and beverage services, recreation areas, parking lot and wheelchair rental.

On Thursday and Friday, the cost of admission will be ¢1,000 and the opening hours will be from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

During the weekend, the cost of admission will be ¢ 2,000 per person and will have extended hours.

Children under 12 and senior citizens are admitted free of charge and the parking cost will be ¢3,000.
