Assailants kill rancher in Guanacaste

The murder of Adrian Solano Soto, 74, occurred yesterday at his farm in Santa Rosa Tilarán, Guanacaste. | JULIO SEGURA.


A 74 year old cattle rancher, Adrian Soto was found murdered on Wednesday at 7am inside his home in Santa Rosa, Tilarán in Guanacaste. He was found with a gunshot wound to the head and a knife sticking out of his neck. Police suspect robbery as the motive for the attack and believe he was attacked before December 31st.
