Authorities are still looking for 15 missing people in areas affected by Otto

November 28, 2016 by Staff News Writer

According to the latest report from the Judicial Investigation Agency, the emergency caused by hurricane Otto is not over. By November 26th, there were still 15 missing people. 14 are from Upala and 1 from Bagacés.

The authorities will continue looking for them, however, it will depend on the weather conditions that could make difficult to reach places that are isolated by landslides or destroyed bridges.

More heavy rains were forecasted due to the cold front that is affecting Central America.
