Bus drivers are pressuring ARESEP to request a hearing

October 20, 2016 by Staff News Writer

The National Chamber of Bus Drivers Association (CANABUS), sent an open letter to ARESEP to reiterate their request for a hearing, which they asked for a few months ago, with the aim of exposing the economic reality of the sector and its internal work system.

In the letter, the union formally asked the regulator and the directors of the board to visit their facilities, to see how they develop their daily work.

To Alfredo Villalobos, president of CANABUS, it’s very important that the regulator knows the reality of paid transport companies.

Therefore, we are offering to open our companies, the idea is to see how we operate,

said Villalobos.
