Celso Gamboa: I’m not the big boss, that’s Luis Guillermo Solís

October 25, 2017 by Staff News Writer

Knowing Fernando Rodríguez and seeing the WhatsApp messages between Benito Coghi and Fernando Rodríguez, referring to the Big Chief in Zapote , there is nothing more to conclude than they are talking about Luis Guillermo Solís.”

This was the answer of Celso Gamboa, Judge of the Third Court, when legislator Ronny Monge asked if he (Gamboa) was the “great boss” of the cementazo.

Undoubtedly, Gamboa affirmed that the only great leader is the President of the Republic, Solís.

The term was used by the Deputy Minister of Finance, Rodríguez, in a series of messages with legislator Victor Morales Zapata and the former director of Customs, Benito Coghi.
