Correos de Costa Rica sent 1.7 million packages and documents in 2013

Correos de Costa Rica moved during 2013, 1.7 million packages and documents. CRH.


Shipments through the EMS courier service, offered by the national post office grew by 17 percent during 2013. The agency attributes the increase to contracts for delivery of billing statements, judicial notices, passports and visas. The courier service is seen as necessary to continued operations as the use of conventional mail is in decline due to technology.
