Costa Rica, a great place to make friends

September 26, 2016 by Staff News Writer

A survey conducted by “InterNations” places Costa Rica as the third country in the world where it is easier to make friends.

“Expat Insider 2016” (name of the survey) is aimed at the expatriate population located in several countries around the world. More than 140,000 people from 174 different nationalities were surveyed.

Moreover, Denmark, Norway and Kuwait remained at the bottom of the ranking.

In previous publications, Costa Rica had remained in sixth place. Another result obtained by this survey was the feeling of being welcome: 79% of expatriates in Costa Rica indicated that they “feel at home”, while 41% were completely satisfied with this topic.
