Costa Rica Aérea book will be presented in Melico Salazar Theatre

Images of Costa Rica, captured by professional photographers Giancarlo and Sergio Pucci in Costa Rica Aérea book, will be presented on September 29th and September 30th, at 8 pm, in Melico Salazar Theatre. The presentation will count on the National Symphony Orchestra’s musical accompaniment. The ticket will cost 10,000 colones.

People will enjoy of great, national images captured from the heights along with composer Andrés Soto’s music.

The opportunity to compose such an extensive and ambitious work for the National Symphony Orchestra is an honor and a dream come true. I was inspired by Pucci Brothers’ stunning photographs to compose seven movements that describe the beauty of Costa Rica seen from the sky,

declared the composer.

He added that photographs of national valleys, volcanoes, beaches, forests, rivers and plains will be shown to the rhythm of melodies that reflect the natural wealth in the orchestration and the music freedom.
