Floods affected several areas of the country

On Thursday, the National Emergency Commission (CNE) reported that, as a result of heavy rains, there were flood incidents in various areas of the country.

The affected areas are Upala and Yolillal ravine, as well as Ostional where there were incidents for overflowing ravines that damaged the national route 160, so Conavi was already informed. Neighbors report that this ravine is always overflowed,”

said the institution.

The entity added that there were also floods in Puriscal and León Cortés.
