Go sightseeing without spending a lot of money!

December 21, 2016 by Staff News Writer

To walk, you don’t have to spend a lot of money. you just need to organize yourself and look for cheaper options.

The Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) mentioned that several of these options can be viewpoints or historical sites near the capital or in coastal areas where luxury hotels are not the only options.

You can enjoy the stunning and historic Ujarrás ruins and you can appreciate the beauty of Orosi Valley and Ujarrás landscape.

All these options have family services, such as playgrounds, parks, huts, water and others.

With these alternatives, you can go sightseeing by making short walks during this season and at the beginning of 2017,

said Luis Jara, from the Costa Rican Tourism Institute.

Free or low cost options and Christmas timetables:

-Orosi pointview: Open every day.
-Ujarrás pointview: Open every day.
-Ujarrás Ruins: Open every day.
-Doña Ana Beaches: Open every day.
-“Charrarra Pura Vida” Entertainment Center: Closed on December 24th and December 31st.

In addition, you can enter www.vamosaturistear.com where you will find special fares, day tours, spa treatments, last minute rates up to 50% discount and other added values.
