Man who tried to hang his dog in Hatillo is being investigated

July 6, 2017 by Staff News Writer

Hatillo’s Public Prosecutor’s Office opened an investigation on a man named Gregory Moss, who is suspected of the crime of animal abuse, set forth in the new Animal Welfare Act. The complaint was lodged on Thursday afternoon by a rescuer.

The events to be investigated occurred in early June in Hatillo 8, when it is presumed that Gregory mistreated his own dog and apparently tried to hang it.
