OIJ is looking for missing American

The Regional delegation of the Judicial Investigation Agency in Cañas needs the public’s cooperation to locate Michael Villafane, a US citizen.

The 72-year-old man disappeared on February 16th. He is a resident of San Miguel de Cañas.
