People want to choose the way they travel

Movement “No more Recope” called for legislators, president Luis Guillermo Solís, the president of the Supreme Court and the Ombudsman, so that judges from the Constitutional Court declare the Law-Regulating Public Service as unconstitutional.

As consumers, we have the right to choose the goods and services we want. As consumers, we demand Costa Rican authorities to respect our right to choose the way we travel: they must recognize collaborative mobility services such as Uber

declared requestors in their missive.

The group is also asking the Legislature to prepare a regulatory framework that includes the figure of collaborative mobility, so that several ways of private transport as Uber, taxis, and other services can coexist.
