Police arrest robbery subject with two guns and bulletproof vest

Subjects carrying lots of items to commit criminal acts. CRH

Fuerza Publica in the Mercedes del Norte of Heredia arrested a man carrying two 9mm pistols, a bulletproof vest, multiple motorcycle license plats, and tools used to break into homes and vehicles. Officers tracked the man after a pedestrian was robbed in the neighborhood.
