Police seized drugs and weapons in Limón

Security forces seized several places in Limón and a great amount of drug and weapons were found. In addition, at least 5 people were arrested.

In Batán, a guy surnamed Martínez was carrying cocaine. In addition, 15 doses of crack were found in this sector.

During a roadblock in Moín, a 426-gram-marijuana package was seized from a man surnamed Ramírez. In the same place, authorities arrested 2 other men: each of them was carrying 458 grams and 461 grams of marijuana, respectively. the subjects’ last names are Badilla and Prado.

In another operation, police seized 3 firearms and 2 chambers from a man surnamed Thorpe. He was arrested.

Finally, a man was arrested in Matina. He had two arrest warrants for aggravated robbery and violation of the Wildlife Act.
