Jiménez was arrested on Sunday afternoon by police authorities after appearing as a suspect of causing a fire in a barracks located on the south side of Barrio Garabito in León XIII, on November 26th, at night.

The fire caused the death of five people and the total loss of approximately 72 houses in the area,”

quoted the Public Prosecutor’s Office in a press release.

Although the causes of the fire are being investigated, they do not rule out a passionate dispute was the spark that started it all.
