December 7, 2016 by Staff News Writer

From today, authorities will implement the main regulations, controls and closures of some roads nearby the Children’s Museum due to the traditional lighting of the building facade.

The activities will begin at 2:00 pm and it is intended to conclude at about 09:00 pm. It addition, it will be attended by 10 traffic officers, who will be distributed along Calle 4, which runs from the eastern side of the Bank of Costa Rica, on Avenida Segunda, to the Children’s Museum.

Commissioner Mario Calderón, director of Traffic Police, explained that the nearest avenue to the Museum, 9 Avenue, which leads to Barrio Mexico, will be closed from mid-afternoon due to the massive presence of pedestrians.

In addition, authorities will also work on preventive actions in order to regulate the attendance area, which includes El Cruce de la República, in Barrio Tournón.
