The Executive proposed a 0.76% salary increase for the first half of the year

January 27, 2017 by Staff News Writer

The State’s proposal for the salary increase during the first half of the year is 0.76%, which is equivalent to 760 colones per 100,000 colones.

Although union representatives were not present, minister of Labor Alfredo Hasbun announced the Government’s proposal for public sector employees. Authorities are also making a proposal to make an adjustment to the lowest positions on the Civil Service scale, which means that non-professional workers would receive a 0.24% increase.
