The outstanding work of a doctor of the Mexico Hospital goes viral

January 6, 2017 by Staff News Writer

El infierno en Costa Rica-Facebook

On January 4th, Alejandro Rodríguez went to Mexico Hospital with his wife for an emergency and was pleasantly surprised when he was treated.

Far from being ignored or mistreated as it happens in many cases, a doctor treated him in the best way, as no one had done before.

This professional -because he deserves that title- looked for a chair so I was not sitting on the floor, went and found a blanket for my wife’s feet and we didn’t have to ask him to do it, he shook my hand and told me his name with a warm smile and then he assisted each suffering patient, one by one,”

wrote Rodríguez in the Facebook page of the site El Infierno en Costa Rica.

Alejandro approached the official and thanked him. The doctor replied that he worked with great pleasure, for both him and his nurse wife like working and treat each person as a family member who is in pain.

The resident of Heredia recognized that he often criticized the attitude of officials in public services, especially doctors, as he did in the case of Marcial Fallas Clinic, where several officers did not want to take care of a patient.

I think I have the responsibility to let everyone know that there are also sensitive doctors in the CCSS, with the gift of service. As he (the doctor) explained later: they spend up to 24 hours awake without seeing their families for the love and mercy to others,”

added Rodríguez.

The man also admitted that he has told his son that Superman does not exist, but now, when asked again, the answer will be different.

I must admit that the next time he asks me I’ll have to answer that he is real and works at Mexico Hospital with his wife.”

More than 5 thousand people have shared Alejandro’s publication and many have congratulated the official.
