The Red Cross is helping people affected by storm Otto and so can you!

November 23, 2016 by Staff News Writer

If you want to donate non-perishable food and clothing for those affected by Tropical Storm Otto, you can do so at any committee of the Red Cross.

Walter Fonseca, head of Operations from the National Emergency Commission (CNE), declared that canned products, long-term milk, diapers, personal hygiene products and clothing in good condition for all ages are required.

Currently there are 13 enabled shelters with 1,040 people in Golfito, Corredores, San José, Matina, Siquirres and Pococí.
