Two Ticos arrested in Panama for cocaine shipment

The driver and a bus helper, both Costa Ricans, were arrested by Panamanian police authorities after they found six packages of cocaine inside the unit, reported the media from that country.

The newspaper La Crítica indicated that the arrest took place on Sunday. The bus was from the Ticabus company. The drug, according to the police was in three boxes of soap, and each had two packages.

The Costa Rican nationals are 57 and 58 years old. In addition to the drug, the Panamanian Prosecutor’s Office confiscated five cell phones.
