A Guatemalan citizen, surnamed Calen Cux, was arrested: he tried to take out 125 kilos of cocaine through Peñas Blancas border.

The Drug Control Police (PCD) found the drug hidden in a secret compartment located on the sides of the floor of his van.

According to Minister of Public Security Gustavo Mata, police officers seized 125 packages,1 kilo each, of hydrochloride cocaine.

The driver does not record criminal record. In addition, he was also carrying 5,000 colones in cash and 1,580 dollars.
