The eye of hurricane Otto entered Costa Rica through Los Chiles

The eye of hurricane Otto entered Costa Rica through Los Chiles.

This was confirmed by the National Meteorological Institute (IMN) through a report published at 3:20 pm on November 24th.

According to the report, Otto is still a category 2 hurricane and it increased its driving force.

In addition, in the Central Valley and the North Pacific, intermittent rains are expected in the next hours.

Otto became the first hurricane in hitting land in the last 174 years.
