Caricaco Music Fest promises musical variety in Nosara

A farm near the town of Nosara in Guanacaste will host the Caricaco Music Festival on Saturday March 15. The event is the fifth annual, and is being described as a suitable for the entire family. Bands will include Bullseye (who plays latin reggae), Seka (punk rock), Passiflora (the band describes its music as gypsy folk), Las Robertas (garage rock), Daniel Patiño (leader PatiñoQuintana, Costa exponent new song) and Colornoise (noise rock). In addition to music, there will be children’s activities, water rides, sports, food and beverages.

Pre-sale tickets are $35 and are available at the The Frog Pad in Nosara. After February 7th, tickets will be sold at the Urbana Road stores (Escazu and San Pedro) and The Frog Pad for $40.

On March 15, festival activities will begin at 12:30 pm and buses will be provided from different points in Nosara.
