MOPT bought 10 modular bridges for $ 3.4 million

MOPT bought ten modular bridges. CRH.


MOPT purchased 10 modular bridges, with a total value of $3.4 million that will serve as temporary bridges throughout the country. Each structure is 54.8 meters long, 4.2 meters wide and is able to support up to 40 tons at an approximate cost of $350,000. In 2014, MOPT has allocated a budget for up to eight more bridges, in order to meet potential emergencies.
