August 23, 2018 by Staff News Writer

Costa Rican astronaut Franklin Chang-Díaz recalled his arrival in the United States half a century ago.

Fifty years ago, I came to the United States with $50 and a dream. I just want to thank this great nation for giving me the opportunity to contribute to your prosperity,”
