July 5, 2016 by Staff News Writer

John Wesley Saatio did it again. On July 2nd, Saatio escaped from the private transportation unit he was arrested in. The event happened on a highway in Florida. However, he was recaptured on Sunday night in Santa Rosa County.

Saatio was under the custody of a private transport company. He was heading to Michigan to face multiple charges but he escaped when they were in a rest stop on Interstate 10 highway,

confirmed the NBC .

However, a citizen alerted police of a suspicious individual walking through a wooded area of Santa Rosa. His report matched the physical characteristics of Saatio. After several hours, police managed to recapture him in Milton, Florida.

The criminal had two handcuff keys in his socks. Now, Saatio will be accused for escaping and for possession of handcuff keys. These charges are added to those already weighing on him.
