Anticipating traffic jams as a consequence of a demonstration held by taxi drivers on Tuesday, dozens of passengers arrived yesterday at Juan Santamaría Airport, where they spent the night.

Many of them leave the country on Tuesday morning and wanted to avoid possible delays in arrival at the airport terminal.

In early morning hours, groups of taxi drivers are reported around the airport and in Rotonda San Pedro, La Galera, San Rafael de Escazú, Tibás, Route 32 and Heredia.
