Turrialba volcano is erupting again

On July 22nd, at 1:20 pm, an 800-meter-high eruption on Turrialba volcano was reported. At 3:30 pm, there was a second eruption. It was confirmed by Eliécer Duarte, volcanologist at the Observatorio Vulcanológico y Sismológicos de Costa Rica (OVSICORI).

We faced a new event, the eruption column could be estimated between 400 and 500 meters high and it had less energy than the previous case,
